Delivery & Returns
Due to the fragile nature and bulk of our products, it is not possible to use national courier companies, and for that reason all deliveries will be made by a private door to door van driver. This ensures the safe arrival of our products.
We will strive to carry out all deliveries within 10 – 15 working days.
On receipt of an order, someone from our office will make contact to advise on likely timescales, and will proceed to make arrangements for delivery that suit both parties.
Delivery times may change during Christmas and New Year period, and other national bank holidays. Please contact us around these times to check.
Deliveries to the Islands and Northern Ireland are price on request. Please contact us for a quote.
If damaged goods are received, we will endeavour to replace the damaged goods as quickly as possible.
We cannot replace damaged goods notified to us after 24 hours of receipt.
Cancellations of orders will be accepted up to 48hrs of being placed.
Whilst we aim to have all deliveries to arrive on the agreed time and date, we cannot be held responsible if this time / date is cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. If this was to occur we would re-arrange a new time / date as quickly as possible.
